Tyson Gay injured-Usain Bolt’s training goes on!

Usain Bolt will keep training!

Usain Bolt world record holder has no plans of slowing down training even though his rival Tyson Gay is injured! Gay injured his hip and abduction and will not take part in the 2011 World Championships or any other world trial meets. Even though Gay was the only man to beat Bolt last year, Bolt is training hard to kick ass at this year’s World Championships in in Daegu, South Korea and said
“My schedule and build up for the world championship will not change, I will not relax at all, as I know and expect strong challenges from even my own teammates in Jamaica and the Caribbean.”
Though Usain Bolt is training hard for the 2011 World Championships his very focused on the London Olympics in 2012 and told press:
“My programme even for this season is taking a broad look with London in mind”
The world record holder has only competed in three races so far this season and is keen on defending is record and world titles and with his coming race in Paris the Diamond League Bolt said:
“I have a few more races to go, with the first being in Paris on July 8, and my coach and I are making sure that I will be ready for the rest of the season,” Bolt said.
